We have a remote loaction using IPCC Express. Everything seems to be working fine accept that there seems to be a consistant flood of SCCP packets (port 2000). Is this normal behavior?

239.1.1.1 is (from memory at least) the base address that CM uses for multicast MoH (although the port number is odd) - are you streaming Muisc on hold from the gateway?
Check the config on the gateway for commands like this:
moh flash:/whatever.au
multicast moh 239.1.1.1 port 30000
Otherwise not sure what it could be...

Probably - where is the traffic coming from/going to? If it's going from phones to CallManager then it's normal, any activity (picking up handset/dialling/pressing buttons) will probably generate a few skinny packets, so if you have a few phones it will build up... not normally to a large amount of bandwidth though.

It looks like the Voice interface on our 2821 talking to 239.1.1.1 is generating all the traffic. According to Cisco, Google, IANA etc. 239.1.1.1 is multicast IP address. and it's port 2000 on the 2821 side and port 30000 on the 239.1.1.1
