SnS Live Event Video

Hello forum.

I am setting up a DME 2200 to integrate  to my SnS in 5.2.3 version  But I have some errors in the browser where I tested. With Chrome and  Firefox shows this phrase : "Windows media plugin not installed click here to install" , and with Internet Explorer shows only a black screen.

I tested with Windows Media Player and the video is displayed correctly.

Has anyone had any similar problem? I attached any screens

Talk to your SE and ask them about Nexus On Demand.  Don't waste your time on SnS.

Hi Aurelio,

There looks to be a typo in the video URL of your live event, I see http://:7007DME (with no / between the port and "DME"). And in your windows media player it seems you are simply accessing http://:7007 with nothing after the port.

So I would work on correcting this URL.

hello all,

if i can add my suggestion is to replace the "working" url (as the one in windows media player) with the one that is automatically placed on the SnS. Then you should preceed saving the Live Even as normal

Just a tip here: make sure that the DME is correctly discovered and saved in the DME Tab, because it seems that the DME is not correctly saved. http:\\ip:7007DME ? The correct one should be http://ip:7007 !
