I'm looking to see if I can find anywhere what specific toll-free numbers was used in a translation route. We're finding that when troubleshooting it is hard to narrow which toll-free number may be having trouble. I checked TerminationalCallDetail and RouteCallDetail with no luck. We're ICM 4.1.5 and our translation route pools are fairly small (less than 20 toll-free numbers per location).

Maybe one of the following links can hlep answer your question. http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/icm/icm45/config45/confg_c1.htm

Have you checked the DNIS entry in the TCD table for the inbound calls at the destination site? As I recall, the DNIS entry for that call leg corresponded to the specific Xrte call-bearing number and not the original inbound number for the call.
If not there, have you checked the router log viewer?
