Can Speed Dial be set up via Phone for IP Phone 7960 or the user must do it through CCMUSER URL for Call Manager 4.1. Some old fashion users would prefer to do it through phone manually instead of using the URL CCMUSER.
Speed Dials require the CCMUSER page. If you subscribe a phone to the fastdials service then users can setup fastdials from the phone itself using the services key.
FastDials are different than speed dials and are setup either using the ccmuser personal address book features or via the phone itself.
