Not sure whether to post this on the Unity for or CCM. I will post on both. I have a main number that customers dial into. When they dial that number and they don't get an answer it fowards to a Call Handler. That Call Handler has a caller input option 3. If they hit option three is transfers them to an IP phone on Call Manager which is set to CFA to that persons cell phone. Everything works except for when the call is sent out to the PSTN it rings for times and then disconnects. This number can be called directly from the system with not problem. The disconnect cause on the debug is as follows: cause i = 0x80FF - Internetworking error; unspecified. Please assist if you can.
Quick question, when they hit 3 and Unity transfers them to an IP Phone, which Call tranfer type is happening in Unity - is it Release to switch or Supervised Transfer ? If Supervised Transfer, then how many rings to wait is configured ?
