Hi everyone, does anyone have experience with integrating CUCM into Verint recording systems? I have a strange problem with the RTP port, from CUCM <> Verint I allow 16384 - 32767 / UDP but I don't know why when I try to capture traffic from FW, it shows me the RTP port between the endpoint and the Verint recording range of 7xxx - 8xxx. Well, anyone know why?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The question is: on which side do you see this range?
You have 2 ranges: One for the CUCM endpoint (which is set in CUCM with 16384 - 32767) and one on the recording system (e.g. 7000 - 8000).
E.g.
Phone sends end receives the RTP packet on port 16384.
Recording sytstem sends end receives the RTP packet on port 7000.
So in the FW you have to consider 2 different directions:
From endpoint to recording system --> UDP / Src.Port range 16384 - 32767 / Dest.Port range 7000 - 8000
From recording system to endpoint --> UDP / Src.Port range 7000 - 8000 / Dest.Port range 16384 - 32767
