What do you mean in your statement "WE need the video number and activation code"?
If you are refering to activation code or the Release Key, you may request it using the Cisco Licensing Tool https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/LicensingUI/Quickstart# on the Get Other Licenses > TelePresence Software Release Key.
Or if you find hard to get those keys you may contact directly Cisco Licensing team via email request to licensing@cisco.com.
Also what do you mean you need a video number?

Hi, I'm trying to activate my MX300 G2 system, I repressed the activation code from my webex account, when I try to enter it during activation, the device tells me that it is impossible to connect with the sprark . com server. How can I solve the problem?
