If I call my receptionist and have her transfer me to our route point number 6800 it will transfer but when I get to the IP Phone it shows connected on the LCD screen, but there is not audio in either direction. Like the calls legs were not totally set up. The CTI Route point is going into our IPCC and then to an agents phone.
Regular transfers to interoffice extensions from the reception work fine, or transfers from other IP to IP Phones work. Anyone else had this issue?

What are the codecs used on the Ip phone agents ,ICD server .Also is it IPCC Express or enterprise
