Translation Pattern

I am having trouble with a translation pattern, wondering if anyone can help. I am attempting to take any calls to DID's in the range of 4XXX and make them ring internally on 3XXX. I want to do this in call manager to make it easier for the client to change on their own. Any help is appreciated.

Translation Pattern should be 4xxx and in section Calling Party Transformations -> Calling Party Transform Mask should be 3xxx.

I believe that should work.

thanks, it still isn't working correctly. Should the "Use calling party's external phone number mask" be checked? What about "Provide outside dialtone"?

make sure your Partiton and Calling Search Space are configured correctly on gateway/translation pattern/phone
