UCCX 9.x Outbound IVR Campaign Clarification

hello,

Is it possible to use this feature to push voice froms to contacts. I.E uccx progressively dials a list of contacts and conNects a call to an IVR script. From here the IVR asks a series of per-defined questions to witch the answer is given by the client in from of dmtf, this information is then stored in uccx and referenced to an outbound Database.

According to uccx 9 srdn the feature OUTBOUND IVR seems to do this however it is not clarified how the information stored in the ivr can be retrieved.

Any help on this would be appreciated

The script initiated by IVR OB can stored various information collected to an external database via DB steps.

CCX does not provide any provision to store information within its databases since the data can vary widely depending on customer requirement.

Data stored in external DB can then be later retrieved externally or by CCX scripts for further actions.
