Whether need a license CCX-11-CR-LIC  in solution BE 6000 with CCX promo bundle in integration with MediaSense or is it included?

CCX-11-CR-LIC is for Compliance Recording functionality AFAIK however it is still advisable to check with PH suggested by Manish. CCX integration with MS does not require any licensing as MS is RTU however if you have plans to record UCCX agents then you will need to have Unified CCX recording license purchased and installed on CCX.
