Unable to delete users on QM administrator 2.7.3.12

Hi I'm currently unable to link some AD and ACD users on QM administrator 2.7.3.12.

When I try to link it tells me that the AD user is already linked to another ACD user, I have tried deleting the user accounts from CUCM 6.1.3.3000-1 and have synchronized the QM database but when I recreate the user account the previous AD/ACD information is still present and the delete user button is greyed out.

You may have to open the SQL Studio and manually purge these stuck users.  Give the post some time to see if you get a better answer, but you may end up with a TAC case on this one.  Good luck.

Is this issue got fixed. I am also facing the same issue. Please share how you fixed the issue.
