In Unity's Live Record, how do I control the length of the record phone conversation? Is there a maxium length?
Thanks for your help!

The limit of a Live Record message is determined by the maximum message length configured for the initiating user's Class of Service. This setting can be found in Unity Web Admin -> Class of Service -> Messages. You could decrease this setting, but that would decrease the length of messages that every subscriber with that particular COS could record.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Brandon,
Is the max for message recording 3600 seconds?
I can only change mine to 1200 sec max.
I got an error message when I enter 3600 in"Maximum length of message subscribers can record, in seconds"
"Illegal value 3600 for field "MaxMsgLen" -- changed to maximum of 1200"
Thanks

The maximum is 1200 seconds (20 minutes). The help for this field states:
Maximum Length of Message that Subscribers Can Record in Seconds
Select the length for recording messages allowed to subscribers who are assigned to this COS. The default setting is 300 (5 minutes), and the system maximum is 1,200 (20 minutes).
Hope this helps.

Thank you Brandron,
Is that the Max. live record 1200 sec?
I thought it is 3600 seconds. Do we have a workaround to make it 3600 seconds.
I am using Unity 5.0 and currenly setting up Unity Live Record.

Yes, Live Record is essentially a voicemail message. The max length for any message is 1200 seconds. There is no workaround to my knowledge.
