Upgrade to CCM 4.1(3) SR2 - 7914 line indicators don't light

Is there some setting I am missing after upgrading from CCM3.3(3)SR3 to 4.1(3)SR2. 7914 lines are set up as lines (not speed dials)and users complain that the lights no longer work. They say that the icon changes but no lights.

You will need to disable the privacy setting on the phones that are utilizing shared line appearances.

We had exactly the same problem. Worked with the TAC, and finished downgrading from the 7960 firmware from 7.2(3) to the 7.2(2). TAC engineer told it will be resolved in the next phone load release.

What firmware release do you have?

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue with CCM 4.0(2a)sr2c with the newest phone load. The button blinks green when a call is ringing, but does not turn red when the call is asnwered.
