User problem in Web View

A couple of users are unable to run reports in the WebView application.

The error returned is "Not a Valid user".But they have been added just like the other users who can run reports fine and have the same permissions.

Any idea?

If the users are browsing to the URL from a machine in a different Windows domain, sometimes there are issues. Have you tried browsing to the URL using the fully qualified machine name? i.e., http://WebviewServer.domain.name.com, instead of http://WebViewServer.

This usually resolves issues of this type.
