Hi,
Normally we configure Voice vlan to connect IP phones. Is there any adavantage connecting IPCC servers and Voice gateways to Voice vlan?

There is no major advantage, and you can do as you like better.

The only actual limiting factor would be the 1024 ARP address limit that the Linux-based appliance servers impose. In other words the CCX server cannot be on a subnet larger than a /24 mask.
Generically speaking most people do not place their server infrastructure on the same subnet as their access layer.
