Hello,
One user has requested his colleague and himself should receive voicemail notification email on a support helpline number. I've configured the support number in system call handler in Unity Connection and associated the Distribution list containing both users. But somehow the voicemail notification is not arriving at any of the user's system.
I've tried to recreate the call handler and DL but no luck. Tested the service capabilities for user's messaging account, looks fine. Also user's mailbox is empty.
Any suggestion please?

Does anyone have idea about this issue please? Do I need to check anything else on Unity server?
