voicemail notification not coming in CUC Distribution list

Hello,

One user has requested his colleague and himself should receive voicemail notification email on a support helpline number. I've configured the support number in system call handler in Unity Connection and associated the Distribution list containing both users. But somehow the voicemail notification is not arriving at any of the user's system.

I've tried to recreate the call handler and DL but no luck. Tested the service capabilities for user's messaging account, looks fine. Also user's mailbox is empty.

Any suggestion please?

So, you cannot even get the voicemail portion working? We can skip the email portion for a moment, if you cannot get the voicemail to work.

Can you leave the individual users a voicemail?
Can you set the call handler to only use one of them as the message recipient instead of the distro?

I managed to get this working by changing the call flow to go to voicemail in UCCX script. By looking into the script I found the call handler I was making changes in was different.

Oh ok. So, all along it was just that you were making changes to the wrong Call Handler? Happens to the best of us.
