I just earned my CCNA-voice and I would like to set up a lab for next CCVP. any cheap set up or any afordable setup that I can use. I am asking for your opinion

Packet Tracer is a good Virtual Lab setup that is pretty accurate.. Look into the latest version of that.

I have run CME via GNS3 successfully and also installed CUCM with VMWare. These are both free options. If you want hardware then you will need to shop around on ebay, etc..
Did you pass CCNA Voice without any lab?

The best way will be using VMWare, GNS3, CIPC that its the cheapest configuration that you can have to practice for the CCVP exams, regarding labs the use you imagination try to do everyhing that you can find in books and more .
