Does anyone know of a product that can be used to record VoIP conversations which are not in a Call Center environment?
Thanks

Cistera does a nice job. Also you can use Unity's live record if you have Unity, not as elegant though.

Hi.
Callrex from www.telrex.com can record both CM or CCME calls. It is quite independent of TelIP implementation.
Regards
Miguel.

You should check out Witness Systems...they have a pretty decent system to record calls via a SPAN of your Voice VLAN. The software they have is called ContactStoreIP...not sure what version they are up to now. The URL is www.witness.com

Dictaphone also makes one that integrates into Call Manager. The product is called Freedom VOIP Recording and Archiving for Cisco.
