Anyone have any ideas why the phone icon on the bottom right side of the jabber client screen would be greyed out.  This happens intermittently. Repeated "sign out" and "sign in" will eventually bring it back.

I have 4 6509s that I created a customized group for. Two of them became members of the group and the other two did not. The two that did not do not appear in the selection list to add them manually.All devices are in DFM.Any thoughts?

Anyone now why the CAD stats would no longer be resetting? We recently added a remote Monitoring and Recording server and now this starting occuring. We can manually reset them if we restart the Rascal Service.Any ideas?
