Hello,
If I have a IP phone agent ie agents logging through phone ,how do I add a service in the call manager for this.
The agents are for ICM.

Hello ,
The ip phone agents are for the ICM and not for ICD.I tried creating the service in call manager and installing ip phone services on ICM.When I check the services button it says host not found.Does any one has any idea what can be wrong.

Hello,
I got the same situation and it is working fine on ICD.
You need to check which host you defined in the services config.
This should be the server where the ICD is running and not the callmanager.
