HI Good afternoon everyone,
So I want to deploy the VMWare Hyperflex Plug-in in a stretched cluster, and I can't.
I download the newest Plugin for the hyperflex verison 4.0(2b), all my nodes are in that version and with the correct FI version too. No problem with Hyperflex and any VMs in there.
But when I put the plugin in the controller VM and run the wizard, taking into account the documentation it gives me the following errors:
list index out of range
cannot concatenate 'str' and 'NoneType' objects
Required field "url" not provided (not @optional)
The commands that i used to run the setup for the plugin (version: HyperFlex-VC-HTML-Plugin-1.0.1)
- root@HOST:/tmp# ./install_vc_plugin
- Enter vCenter FQDN/IP: <vCenter FQDN or IP (tried both)>
- Enter administrator vCenter username: administrator@vsphere.local
- Enter password for administrator@vsphere.local:
- Enter storage controller password:
And then it gives me the error at the top.
Is this because I'm running a stretched cluster ?
