a 4515 sup on 4507R, whose two up link port is connected using trunk, and these two interfaces is up, but when another 4515 is inserted, the uplink 2 is down, while the second 4515 is removed, the uplink 2 on first 4515 is up again, why?

This is due to hardware restriction on Sup4. The following page should help
