Yes WCCP is supported in release 12.2 (37) SE in  IP Services or higher

I believe you also need the SDM template set to routing as well.

I have heard from other engineers who tried using WCCP on the latest version of code for a 3750 and it didn't work.  The commands are available and the switch will report that WCCP is synched but no traffic is ever sent to the WCCP recipient.  So is WCCP truly supported on the 3750 or not?

Like the others mentioned before, it is supported in 12.2(37)SE or higher with IP Services feature set. Requires a routing SDM template
