Anyone,i how to add an new MIB for network device,The MIB is cisco MIB or i develope MIB,I can use a command or other method?

You can get the MIBs from http://www.cisco.com/public/mibs

I think you can only use the mibs that are embedded in the IOS.
If you do a 'show snmp mib', these are the only MIBs supported by the device, running this IOS.
However, I've had situations where the device & IOS are supposed to support the MIB, but snmp returns no values.
