Monitoring c6509 with SNMP

I have 8 Catalyst6509, and I want monitor when the topology change (STP). I have 10 VLANs.

Can you tell me which is the MIB and where can I find it? How Do I configure it?

Last time one fiber module failed but no logging any menssages in buffer. the snmp and logging buffered is confured.

Do you know how can I configure de c6509 to send all traps for hardware problems?

I Have HP OpenView for Unix.

Assuming that it's on CatOS, you can look at:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_configuration_example09186a0080094aa1.shtml and enabled traps that you're interested in. The bridge option in traps also enables the topologyChange traps. The matrix above also lists the hardrware related traps.
