Problem is that I not have access to console... I connect the cable console, but I not see the prompt... I need reset all config for hardware, not "recovery password", (jumper)

HI,
Which cable you are using for console access. It should not be a regular console cable.
To access the console for 5000 series switch use regular cat5 cable i.e a straight through cable.
Just use the straight through cable from the db9 of your pc to console port of the switch and it should work.

Not true. It id not dependent on chassis. Only Sup3 for CAT5000 needs Straight through cable. Sup1/2 needs a regular flat console cable. Sup2G/3G have a console mode button to toggle between roll over and straight through cables.

The cable is OK. I connect to another switch and is OK. I have to Sup III 5530...

HI Lpena,
For supIII you need straight cable so try using straight cable instead of using regulat console cable.
