That means we have layer 1 and layer 2 conenctivity to the DSLAM. Now are you getting an IP under Dialer interface? We must need now to find out if we are communicating with your ISP's DSL Agg device, please enable and capture the below debugs:
-debug ppp negotation
-debug ppp authentication

You are very welcome. It seems there is an authentication issue:
Once you send a response to the CHAP cahllenge using your credentials:
O RESPONSE id 1 len 36 from "fti/***************"
You get a failure message from ISP:
I FAILURE id 1 len 42 msg is "CHAP authentication failure, u
nit 8672"
Immediately you get a termination request.
I TERMREQ [Open] id 81 len 4
I would recommend checking credentials (user/pass) with them.
