SPA-10xGE-V2 interfaces down

Hello,

I have a new ASR 1004 router that can identify the "SPA-10XGE-V2" module and it's interfaces, but the interfaces status are always down!!!

I am using the SFP-GE-T , and the Router can identify it:

and this is the behavior of all interfaces when connecting to any network device, always still down...I hope you can advise guys

ok I was able to find public doc that the PID should be 30-1421-01 for SFP-GE-T

Normally, this information is found in the SPA data sheet.  But I didn't expect to find this information in the ASR 9K section.

Unfortunately, i just have one ASR and one SPA .

regarding the loopback test, please find below output:

I hope you are doing good,

I am so sorry for the late reply, but due to current situation in Tripoli-Libya i didnt make it and i left the country.

any way, the issue was in using the wrong SFP ( as you indicated before) ,

I have used the " SFP-GE-T  with P/N  30-1421-01 "   and its worked properly without any problems.
