HI Everyone,
I want to check the LAP's temperature,i know there is a command to check mesh network aps' temperature,that is "show ap env summary",just like this:
(Cisco Controller) >show ap env summary
AP Name Temperature(C/F) TempState Heater Battery Orientation Ethernet
------------------ ---------------- --------- ------ ------- ----------- --------
But it's only for Mesh ap.
There is also a command that is "show ap temperature <ap name>" ,but it's for some APs like AP1500,right?
(Cisco Controller) >show ap temperature AP1602I
Command is Not Applicable for this Cisco AP nameAP1602I
Is there any other method for check LAP's temperature ?

Hi
Not all APs support temperature sensors. Indoor don't have temperature sensors as it will just increase the cost.
Have a look at this bug - CSCvn51483
AP datasheet should contain info if the AP contains or not temperature sensor
Symptom:
Currently we know this information regarding the temperature sensor on APs:
??? Wave1 indoor APs like 1700/2700/3700 do not have temperature sensor;
??? Outdoor APs have temperature sensor;
??? Wave 2 indoor APs like 1800/2800/3800/4800 have temperature sensor.
However, there is no public document containing this information.

SYGY.
Typically only outdoor access points have temperature readings.
