hi all, router crashed a couple times today.
can anyone check to see if it is a software or hardware issue?
based on the address 0xB0D0B27 and output of show region, it could be a software issue?

I don't see 12.4(25b) in affected versions, so it should be OK, but keep in mind that you may be losing features moving from 12.4T to 12.4 mainline

Could be CSCsx19184 (http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCsx19184) if you are running SIP
Fixed in 12.4(24)T1 or higher
If not, post a show run, info about any changes made recently

Looks like you are right! We are running SIP through the router and the code is at 12.4(24)T.
Will be upgrading to 12.4(24)T4 - thank you!

my cco access wont be available until monday, to download the latest software.
i grabbed 12.4(25)b off another router (c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-25b.bin)
can you check the bug toolkit to see if that version has the fix?
thanks!
