Hi all
1. I'm not sure about the backup interface command , this command can use one interface on single router ? if i would like to use backup two interface it can't ??
2. pls explain me about isdn bandwidth , i'm not sure it's 144 kbps or 192 kbps

you can use like this :

ip accounting output-packets
backup delay 2 2
backup interface BRI0/1/0

backup interface command can be used on multiple interfaces
isdn bri bandwidth is 128 kbps (each B channel = 64kbps) and 16 kbps of signalling channel (D channel). That adds to 144 kbps. This is the actual data rate.
With framing bits added there is another 48 kbps required for transmitting framing bits. This total adds up to 192 kbps.This rate should be called as the actual bit rate.
I do not think, that you can use the isdn interface as backup to multiple serial interfaces. As I once do remember, that it showed an error message saying,
"ISDN BRI interface is already a backup interface to serial 0"
