Adding a HWIC in my router

I have a Cisco 2811 router with c2800nm-adventerprisek9_sna-mz.124-2.T6.bin as IOS and i wsh to install this HWIC 4port to increase available ports on my router.

Wish to know if this is going to work,that is, if i installed it the IOS available will recognise this card

Place the exact part number for the hardware you're interested in cisco.com search box.

It will find a data sheet listing the minimum IOS requirement.

Actually i cant see the part number of this device all is the

Processor board ID FCZ133920BW

is there another way to determine this

Hi,

Please give command "sh inventory" which will tell you the part number.
And part number is nothing but your router model like CISCO1841, 2811...like that.

The only 4 port HWIC I can think of is the HWIC-4ESW. Support went into 12.3T so the version you are running is fine.
