hello dear ...  i have cisco router ASR 1006 .... i need to create PPPOE  connection  via Ethernet ... can i do that ??? and can do that on the management port ???? and what is the type of adapter that use in the Giga Ethernt  interface to connect it to fiber ????     hint :-  my interface hardware SPA-10X1GE-V2      Regards ...

You cant use mgt port for data . IPv4, IPv6, and ARP are the only routed protocols supported for the interface.

i am very grateful for u'r help ... i reed the articular it is good .. but you can summarize just the steps of configuration the PPPOE over Ethernet or VLAN only in some point please or in text file and attach it   dear can continue with you via emial please ????  regards ....
