Hello,
When executing the command "show bgp all" on our WAN router I get the following entries for example:
WAN#sh bgp all
For address family: IPv4 Unicast
BGP table version is 400201, local router ID is 10.0.0.32
Status codes: s suppressed, d damped, h history, * valid, > best, i - internal,
r RIB-failure, S Stale, m multipath, b backup-path, f RT-Filter,
x best-external, a additional-path, c RIB-compressed,
Origin codes: i - IGP, e - EGP, ? - incomplete
RPKI validation codes: V valid, I invalid, N Not found

*> 10.30.202.0/24 63.1.1.153 0 108 ?
*> 10.60.208.0/24 63.1.1.153 0 108 108?
Why does it show AS 108 twice on the 2nd route for going to the 10.60.208.0 network?

The ISP may be using the AS PATH PREPEND feature to alter the metrics.
