whats the purpose of boot private-config-file pconfig ..how it differs from startup config...

The command boot private-config-file is used to specify the filename that the software uses to read and write a nonvolatile copy of the private configuration.
Note:- Only the software can read and write a copy of the private configuration file. You cannot read, write, delete, or display a copy of this file.
