I've purchased two C921-4P routers from Amazon to run them as Home-Agent routers under IP Mobility deployment. However, they don't support IP Mobility, complaining "Protocol not in this image". I know this router supports IP Mobility as we have other separate networks with IP Mobility based on this router. The current image of the routers is c900-universalk9-mz.SPA.158-3.M6.bin. The current license is "ipbase"
Questions:
1) What image is required for IP Mobility (I could not find this router in Cisco Feature Navigator)?
2) Is the "ipbase" license sufficient for IP Mobility.
3) Can I order the image and license from Cisco if I bought the router from Amazon?
Thanks

I've just found solution for this. IP Mobility is working now. I've just typed the below commands and rebooted the router.
license boot level appxk9
license boot module c900 technology-package appxk9

Sorry, the commands are following:
license right-to-use move appxk9
license boot module c900 technology-package appxk9
