Hi Paul,

No, I logged a ticket with cisco and after some troubleshooting, they advised I should send back the device for replacement.

Do you have any Logs captured ? looks for me router is crashing.

isr4300-universalk9.17.03.05.SPA.bin

Question here, what was the OLD Version, is that working as expcted before with out any reloads ? what is the reason of upgrade to new Code.

if you upgrade as fancy, then i would go back to stable version which was working and engage with TAC for your issue.

if you upgraded due to some bug, and TAC advised to go with

isr4300-universalk9.17.03.05.SPA.bin

- then i still engage with TAC here too.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi,

It's a new router, I have two other routers in the environment running the same IOS but there are no rebooting issues. I tried replacing the power cable with CAB-PWR-MIEC-CLVR power code as the router was restarting frequently. I have also observed that when I prepped the router at some point it went into romon mode.

Connect console and capture the Logs if you have any ?

can you post below output :

show version

show boot

 - Normally this is powering problem 'only' , check power supplies and check if (external) power-feed is stable
