Cisco ISR 4331 not booting normally and not configured

Hi All,

when i tried configure Cisco ISR 4331 Router it hanged 2 twice and i restart it, after restart, Router Booting with image ISR Software (X86_64_LINUX_IOSD-UCMK9-M), Version 16.9.2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1). Instead of ISR Software (X86_64_LINUX_IOSD-UNIVERSLAK9-M), Version 16.6.6 image. below is the outcome. Please help me to understand

Hi Leo,

i am not found bootable IOS image in Router. So download image from Cisco and copy in flash. Which is work perfectly but after completing installation suddenly facing an error,  set boot variable also.
