Hi
You dont have a cli to power off the router as you have in case of servers wherein u can make use of init command to do so..

There are no commands to actually power off the routers.
Cisco is going to introduce in the new 6500 series switches which will have an option of reloading the device which will be seen as a power off and power on.
But again its a hard reload as against switching off.
