I am getting ready to add a connection to a second ISP for redundancy and additional bandwidth. I'm still in the planning stage and am looking for some guidance and maybe configuration examples. Also any pitfalls to look out for and best practices. I currently connect to Qwest, and the second provider has not been determined yet although Sprint has the edge right now.
Thanks,
Jack

You can use NAT + Route-map policy for load balancing.

Jack,
You can also think about Optimised Edge Routing (OER). When you have more than 2 ISPs , BGP will help you in multihoming. OER can improve the performance by automatically putting packets to the ISPs based on the latency, link load etc on each link. OER can take the best link and route traffic accordingly. Search for OER on Cisco and am sure you will be really interested in this
