DNA Advantage vs Essential

Hello,

I am picking a router for internet connectivity. 

All I need is NATing, Static routing , VRF, IPSEC. I am planning to go for C8200-1N-4T. Bit confused whether I need DNA Advantage license or Essential is more than enough ? Please suggest

Thanks for your quick reply but I found the below document which says Network Essentials will support IPSEC as well.
Can you please confirm on the same ?

You should be able to achieve that by using Essentials licensing.

Note that Network Essentials and Network Advantage are permanent feature licenses.

While preparing the BOM, I don't find Newtork Essentials/Advantage instead to add DNA Essentials/Advantage license for C8200 series routers?

I need to implement - "NATing, Static routing, VRF, IPSEC(Crypto)" in C8200 series routers which is Internet Breakout router. Can this be achieved in DNA Essentials?

You may want to consider long term implications too. Get the DNA Advantage if the budget will allow.

Its all depends on the requirement : (check below image what feature comparison)

If you looking to deploy the features you mentioned i would suggest to go with Network Advantage

Ssome of them need network advantage license.

the devide come with default essentials.

Configure terminal

license boot level network-advantage

write memory

Reload

this will give you 90 days buffer time to test and buy a License.
