Help with 3rd gen WIC card

I have a 1-Port 3rd Gen Multiflex Trunk Voice/WAN Int. Card - T1/E1 in a 2901 that I want to configure for data only (T1 connection to the Internet)

I don't see any options in the IOS for using this thing as a serial interface (data), only options for configuring PRI/ISDN

Can anyone help me out here?

In controller config mode, type ? and post output here.

Also mention exact IOS used.

I don't get anything when I type

controller ?

at the config prompt

the IOS version is 15.0(1) M4

and when the system boots, it lists

1 Channelized (E1 or T1)/PRI port

ah, I forgot to specify the card type

now I can see the controller commands

Router(config)#controller t1 ?
  <0-0>  Controller slot number

Router(config)#controller t1 0 ?
% Unrecognized command

this is irritating me

I get

Router(config)#controller T1 0/0
                          ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

after specifying the card type

OK, LOL I got it

it is controller T1 0/0/0

all good now
