Hi Sayed,
Please try to access via console first and if it is also blocked with login/password, follow this step-by-step password recovery procedure:
Kind Regards,
Ivan

I have a 3845 where the login creds tag from another admin was scraped off accidentally.
I cannot access the reset instructions in the link due to model end of life, Cisco moved the document.
Does anyone have a current link or the old information?
Thanks!
