How to swing traffic TWO router two wan link failover

Hi,
I have confuse in network design.Please see below diagram and please help me how to fix to get fully redundancy.In diagram,If WAN link of R1 is down,branches can detect WAN link of R1 is down and so they swing their traffic to R2. But our VRRP didn't know R1 WAN is down or not.So R1 is still primary and return traffic is fail,correct ? And our FW cannot detect the WAN and FW still forward the all traffic to R1 and traffic is fail,correct ? how to solve this issue ? What kind of scenario should i use ? do i need to change design or configuration ?

if i want to Shutdown LAN interface if my WAN network is down by using IP SLA ,how can i do ?
