How can i request for a license? We haven't a support contract for the router, so open a TAC Case is impossible.

What speed can we expect trough a IPSEC Tunnel from a Cisco 3945 Router with a HSEC License.

Whitout the HSEC License we saw a speed from 20 Mbit to 40 Mbit, an I get the message in the log that we reached the 85 Mbit limit. But the 3945 should do 150 Mbit traffic speed according to cisco without IPSEC. So what can I expect with IPSEC and HSEC license installed.

Hi

  Please check this! as this has now changed and that you need a valid Cisco PO for the HSEC license prior to being allowed to have an EVAL, you can not get an EVAL just with cisco support contract.
