DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity enabled.
239K bytes of non-volatile configuration memory.

can anybody tell me can i upgrade latest IOS 12.4 on my router? or I need additional flash memory & DRAM hardware before for this ios upgrade.??
Please advise.

You can use the feature navigator to determine mem/flash requirements for your desired image:
http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/jsp/index.jsp
but I think 64 MB Flash and 256 MB RAM should be enough for the latest 12.4 releases.

You can go ahead with this image c2800nm-ipbase-mz.124-11.T1.bin which requires 64mb flash and 256 mb dram.
