MS Teams slowness on VSAT Network

Hi All,

I know this is not a hardware related query. But we have a situation where one of our site is connected over VSAT and latency is always 550-600ms users have started reporting call quality issues, and video freeze. Is there anything we could do on network to optimize or make this faster.

QOS is already done for traffic from site to DC

as far as I recall. VSAT connections come in two flavors: dedicated and shared bandwidth. Which type of connection do you have ?

Also, can you post the QoS part of your edge device ?

This is expected - VSAT Latency not good for video conference for best, you see some LAG, so you need to contact VSAT provider as for dedicated connection, which can improve quality, I have seen this issue on Cruise Lines.
