Nat Internal Address to External Web Address

How would one nat traffic for a specific ip(say 10.0.1.50) coming into the inside interface and send it out to a specific web address. In words an internal users goes to 10.0.1.50 they should be directed to some web address like 8.8.8.8. This is a ASAv

Maybe a little more info. I would like to ping 10.0.1.50 and get a response from 8.8.8.8.

Hello

It sounds like you are on about network translation (NAT) which will usually take a no routeable ip address(s) and translate them into a public registered ip address (usually many non routable internal address(s) to just one public routable ip address which then can be advertised globally on the internet, This in effect then hides the non routeable address(s)  range from the public domain.
